Indian Wedding Catering in London
Indian wedding catering across London, from home mehndis to hotel receptions: North Indian, South Indian, Goan and fusion menus, cooked fresh on site.
A London Indian wedding often moves between very different spaces: a mehndi in the family home, a sangeet in a hired hall, and a reception in a hotel ballroom. We cater each one as its own event, with its own menu and style of service, so the food suits the room and the mood rather than repeating the same buffet three times.
Our Goan-born Head Chef trained at The Savoy and the Michelin-starred Labombe by Trivet, so the menus balance authentic North and South Indian flavours with fine-dining presentation. Vegetarian, vegan and Jain-friendly dishes are built in from the start.
Planning in London
- Central London hotels usually set strict times for kitchen access, deliveries and clear-down. We plan the whole day around those slots with the venue's events team.
- Loading and parking are limited in much of central London, so we schedule deliveries early and keep the number of vehicles to a minimum.
- For a mehndi or sangeet at home, we work with the kitchen and space you have and bring the extra equipment we need.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you cater a mehndi at home and a reception at a London hotel?
Yes. Many London families hold the smaller events at home and the reception at a hotel. We cater each with its own menu and team, and coordinate timings with the hotel's events staff.
Do you work with central London hotel kitchens?
Yes. We have catered at hotels including The May Fair Hotel, The Waldorf Hilton and Pan Pacific London, and we're used to working within hotel access times and kitchen rules.
Can the menu mix Indian and European dishes?
Yes. Fusion is one of our strengths. Couples often choose Indian canapés and mains with a European-style dessert course, or blend both in each course.
