On-the-Day Wedding Coordinator
You've planned it. Nelle makes sure it happens, so you can be a guest at your own wedding.
Someone always ends up running a wedding on the day. Without a coordinator it's usually a parent, a sibling or the couple themselves, answering supplier calls between photographs. Booking Nelle means that job belongs to a professional who has delivered over 110 events and knows what tends to run late.
She doesn't simply turn up on the morning. In the weeks before, she learns your plans, spots gaps, confirms every booking and writes the running order, so on the day she's executing a plan she knows inside out.
Planned and run by Sharonelle, founder of House of Nelle.

How it works
- Step 1
Handover
You walk Nelle through everything you've booked and planned, and she asks the questions suppliers will ask on the day.
- Step 2
Confirmations
She contacts every supplier, confirms arrival times and requirements, and turns it all into one running order.
- Step 3
Walkthrough
A visit to the venue with its events team settles the layout, access, timings and wet-weather plan.
- Step 4
The day
Nelle manages setup, keeps everyone to time, cues each part of the day and deals with problems quietly.

On-the-Day Coordination: questions answered
What does an on-the-day wedding coordinator do?
They take over your finished plans, confirm every supplier and timing in the lead-up, and run the day itself, so you, your family and your friends don't have to.
When does Nelle get involved?
Whenever suits you. Most couples bring her in during the final weeks, but she can step in earlier, or be involved from the idea stage right through to the last plate served.
Isn't the venue coordinator enough?
A venue coordinator looks after the venue and its own staff. Nelle looks after you and every supplier you've booked, from the florist and band to the photographer and cake.
Can you coordinate a wedding you didn't plan?
Yes. That's exactly what on-the-day coordination is for, and it works with whichever suppliers and caterer you've chosen.
