Wedding Planner in London & the Home Counties

Full and partial wedding planning by Sharonelle, from the first venue viewing to the last guest leaving.

A wedding is a project with dozens of suppliers, a fixed deadline and a budget that has to stretch. Most couples plan theirs around full-time jobs. Sharonelle takes the project on: she builds the plan with you, books the right people, keeps every supplier to their brief and makes the decisions that don't need you, so the ones that do get your full attention.

Full planning starts before the venue is booked, so the date, the space and the budget are chosen with the whole day in mind. Partial planning picks up wherever you are, whether that's a venue and photographer booked and nothing else, or most things in place and a timeline that still doesn't add up.

Planned and run by Sharonelle, founder of House of Nelle.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    First conversation

We talk through your date, guest numbers, style and budget, and what you've already booked. You get a recommendation for full or partial planning and a written proposal.

  2. Step 2

    The plan

Nelle builds the timeline and budget, shortlists venues and suppliers, and books them with you. You always know what's done, what's next and what it costs.

  3. Step 3

    The final weeks

Every supplier gets a confirmed brief and arrival time, the running order is agreed with your venue, and seating, timings and contingencies are signed off.

  4. Step 4

    The day

Nelle runs the day: setup, suppliers, timings, speeches and the evening, handling anything unexpected before it reaches you.

Wedding Planning: questions answered

What's the difference between full and partial wedding planning?

Full planning starts from the beginning, including the venue search and every supplier. Partial planning suits couples who've already booked some of the big pieces and want Nelle to organise the rest and run the day.

How much does a wedding planner cost?

Every wedding is quoted individually, based on how much planning you need, your guest numbers and the number of events. Tell us about your wedding and we'll send a proposal.

Do we have to use House of Nelle's catering?

No. Nelle plans with any caterer, including your venue's in-house team. Our own chefs are there if you'd like them, but planning is booked on its own.

When should we book a wedding planner?

Ideally before you book the venue, so the date, space and budget are chosen together. Partial planning can start later, as long as there's time to confirm suppliers properly.

Do you plan weddings outside London?

Yes. Nelle plans weddings across London and the Home Counties, including Hertfordshire, Essex, Surrey, Kent, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire.

Need catering too?

Planning works with any caterer. If you'd like ours, House of Nelle's chefs cook for events across London and the Home Counties.
