Canapé Catering in Central London
Canapé and drinks reception catering in central London for launches, openings, corporate receptions and weddings: canapés, bowl food and grazing tables.
A central London drinks reception lives or dies on its canapés: they need to look beautiful, be easy to eat standing up and keep coming. We design bespoke hot and cold canapés, bowl food and grazing tables for launches, gallery openings, corporate receptions and weddings.
As a guide, allow four to six canapés per guest before a meal, or eight to twelve if canapés are the main food. We'll recommend numbers based on your timings and guest list.
Planning in Central London
- Galleries and launch spaces often have little or no kitchen. We bring what we need to finish and serve canapés properly.
- Evening receptions in the West End often start at short notice after work. We set up early so trays go out as the first guests arrive.
- For hotel receptions, we coordinate with the venue's events team on timings and service.
